toolpea Services Overview
toolpea is a no-cost, ad-free, privacy-oriented platform designed for Users to upload files onto our servers for processing, including converting PDF documents and accessing various related tools (collectively termed the "Services"). By using the Site and availing the Services, you commit to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and assume associated responsibilities. At present, registration and fees are not required for using the Site, indicating your explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions through your usage alone.
User Responsibilities
Users solely bear responsibility for all content uploaded or employed through the Site and Services. toolpea retains the sole discretion to take appropriate action if Users engage in actions deemed to violate laws, regulations, contracts, or the stipulated terms and conditions. Usage of the Site and Services in an unlawful or inappropriate manner is expressly prohibited.

User Content
Users are responsible for their uploaded content (User Content). Users represent ownership of User Content and grant toolpea a limited non-exclusive license. Users assume all risks associated with uploaded User Content.
Analysis and User Content Retention
Users are solely responsible for their User Content. toolpea aims to delete User Content within 15 minutes after processing. Users acknowledge and release toolpea from claims related to User Content presence on the Site.
E-Signatures
Users acknowledge that electronic signatures are their responsibility. Once a signature is completed, Users must safeguard the content themselves. toolpea is released from any related responsibility.
Indemnity and Release
Users agree to indemnify toolpea from losses arising from use of the Site and Services. toolpea shall not be liable for indirect damages.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your usage of the Site and Services is at your risk. toolpea disclaims all warranties.
Limitation of Liability
toolpea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Users submit to the jurisdiction of courts in Davidson County, Tennessee.
